It's Plowing Day! We hooked up the chisel plow to the tractor last weekend to start to get the fields ready for planting. Kevin said this is called "primary tillage" but Primary Tillage Day doesn't quite have the same ring to it. No matter what the official term is we're all excited about the start of the growing season. We are planning to grow our production area to approx. 3.5 acres and are happy to be welcoming many new members this year!
